How It Works

1
Choose Your Program
You'll request a program based on your goals — weight management, recovery, energy, or healthy aging. This is a request. A licensed physician will determine if you're approved.
2
Complete Your Medical Intake
A secure online form covering medical history, current medications, surgeries, allergies, and goals. You'll review and sign required consents, including acknowledgment that treatment decisions are made by an independent physician and that results are not guaranteed.
3
Your Intake Is Routed to the Care Team
Your forms are securely sent for initial screening, then to the physician for review. The care team may reach out for more history, labs, or clarification if needed.
4
Physician Review & Prescription
The physician decides if you're approved, if testing is needed first, or if a different program is more appropriate. No one can guarantee approval before this review is complete.
5
Pharmacy Prepares & Ships
If approved, your order goes to a state-licensed pharmacy, is prepared, and ships directly to your home.
6
Support & First-Time Use
You'll get access to the care team, guidance for first-time use, reminders for timing, and a way to ask questions about side effects.
7
Monitoring & Adjustments
For longer-term programs, the care team may request follow-up labs. Based on results, your dose may be adjusted — by the physician only.
Physician review fee

In addition to any program cost, there's a separate $20 physician review fee, paid directly to the independent medical group. It's non-refundable — even if a prescription isn't written — because the doctor is independent of us and paid directly by you. That's what keeps medical decisions independent of any sales relationship.

Weight Management
Semaglutide vial
Weight Management
Semaglutide
GLP-1
$199One-Time Price
28-day supply

A GLP-1 medication that supports appetite regulation and metabolic signaling. It works by helping the body send clearer messages about fullness and blood-sugar balance, which may make structured eating easier over time.

What It May Support
  • Reduced cravings and “mindless snacking”
  • Feeling full on normal portions
  • More stable blood-sugar levels
  • Structure around meal timing and consistency
  • Weight-loss support, when paired with lifestyle habits
Semaglutide does not replace nutrition, movement, or stress management — but it may provide momentum while those habits are being built.
Tirzepatide vial
Weight Management
Tirzepatide
GIP / GLP-1
$275One-Time Price
28-day supply

Activates two metabolic pathways — GIP and GLP-1 — which may offer broader support for appetite control, metabolic regulation, and energy balance than single-pathway options.

What It May Support
  • Stronger appetite control and fewer cravings
  • More efficient metabolism and energy use
  • Improved tolerance to dose changes
  • Greater average weight-loss outcomes in clinical research
  • Support during plateaus or weight-loss resistance
Effectiveness depends greatly on your habits. Tirzepatide can provide support — but day-to-day nutrition, sleep, movement, and stress management make the biggest impact over time.

A Gentler Option

Microdosing GLP-1 Medications

Tirzepatide vs. Semaglutide

Why many providers start with tirzepatide when it's appropriate

Both medications can be powerful tools — but they work differently. Your intake is reviewed to determine which option appears safe for you, based on your medical history.

Why tirzepatide is often preferred

  • Dual action on GIP and GLP-1 receptors, versus GLP-1 only
  • Clinical studies show greater average weight loss at therapeutic doses, combined with lifestyle changes
  • Often better tolerated when started slowly and increased gradually

When semaglutide may be a better fit

  • Budget is a major factor
  • A provider feels it better fits your risk profile or history
  • Tirzepatide isn't tolerated well

Microdosing uses lower doses of the same medication (tirzepatide or semaglutide) for milder support — less constant hunger, easier food choices, more steady energy — rather than aggressive weight loss. Microdosing is considered off-label, meaning it isn't in the original FDA instructions, but may be used when a physician believes it could help a specific patient.

What Microdosing May Help With
Who It May Be For

It is not right for everyone — some will need standard dosing or no medication at all. Only a physician can decide if it's appropriate, based on your health history, current medications, labs, and possible risks. If approved, the physician chooses your starting dose and any adjustments.
